We want you to love your Shades of Sam purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds process works in Ghana.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
  • Excludes prescription lenses, opened contact lenses, and discounted items (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days
  2. Return item to our shop or via courier
  3. Our team inspects the product and confirms approval

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refund method: Original payment (MoMo, Bank Transfer, etc.)

Exchanges

  • You may exchange for another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return delivery cost.
